2018 Margaret River Chardonnay

We sourced this fruit from Greenacres Vineyard and produced two separate wines from the two batches picked.

This being the Chardonnay which consists of approximately 70 dozen, and the second being our first ever sparkling, which is currently undergoing fermentation in the bottle which will give approximately 100 dozen.

 

This Chardonnay has undergone natural fermentation and was matured in 30% new French Oak for 10 months with partial malolactic fermentation.
